Ambassadors

Patagonia Films came to us to create nine new films announcing the newest additions to their ambassador roster, a very real deadline, and pretty much a blank creative brief. Love that. We built a concept that could work across all nine films: "Ye Ole Long Zoom," as we called it. Each film starts with a humanizing environmental portrait that slowly zooms out, setting the stage for a highlight reel of each ambassador doing their thing, mixed in with the quirks, routines, obsessions, and personality that make them who they are. We handled everything from concept and direction through post, with production and editing happening in parallel to keep the whole train moving. Lots of moving pieces, lots of coffee, zero missed deadlines. The result is a glimpse of the real person behind all the superhuman stuff.
